She took quite a while to come back to take my order, then when it was brought out, my cinnamon apple flapjack was soggy, and seemed thoroughly uncooked and she didn't check back to see if I liked it. Service was fair but it was a self serve buffet so what service is needed? Some items on buffet should have been kept cleaner and more presentable ( cakes)
