This will only work if you don't have a Sword weapon with you, which is why you had to throw the axe away (which you can get back from a blacksmith for free if you want)

there is a lair of romulus in the campagna it district.(the upper right hand side of the map.) it is in a set of ruins near the French castle where you complete sequence 6. i have climbed to the top of the ruins jumped off and deployed my parachute but every time i either land on the one of the beams or fall below the beams in to the water beneath them
