The only issue we have with this hotel is lack of parking ( we had to park about 5 blocks away) and from what I saw not many hotels in the area offer parking included. It is located right on the Venice Beach Boardwalk steps from the beach so if you are uncomfortable with homeless people and free spirit living not only do you avoid this hotel you avoid Venice Beach
