its going well so far but i have some concerns: 1) i am a teenage girl , and i am not sure if the diet is age suitable 2) i was reading an earlier posts which stated that this diet may not work for people who are extremely overweight, which i am because i weigh 210lbs and am 5ft 11 inches.
