Anyways after the clean install I was about to go download the new updates except for kb971033 when i decided that it would be better if i first ran the 2 major bypasses blaze and removewat. Well when I finished those and rebooted I saw that 2 updates had actually been installed and one of them was kb971033 and the other was a windows defender update kb915597

When I swapped over the drives after completing cloning it would not boot I replaced the original hdd and when I loaded the ssd within a caddy I noticed that the HP recovery section was in the red and nearly all used space!
