You get one for free (random color) for getting silver or better in all three events (Nuerburgring GP-F, Monza and Suzuka) in the Vettel challenge which also becomes available at level 30.The X2010 in Red Bull livery is unlocked by getting bronze or better in all three events in the Vettel challenge or by reaching level 35 in B-Spec, and the X2010 Prototype (Carbon) is unlocked only by getting all golds in the Vettel challenge.
