I figured the whole point of booting from a USB drive was to avoid having to burn a disc with the Windows 7 files on it, or install on a PC without a DVD drive. It perfectly works with fat32 and btw convert.exe is missing from some windows xp installations (it was missing from mine xpsp3).Also guys select USB-ZIP instead of USB-HDD during the boot
