To learn how to read music and know what note to play on the fretboard, it takes some practice and requires you to have a good grasp of the notes of the ukulele fretboard. I have a good idea of where all the notes are on the sheet music and can play them individually, but when I am trying to read from note to note I struggle todo so and have to look at the keyboard to see where I am! If I know the first note of the piece and know the melody I normally just use my ear to figure out the rest of it
