Otherwise, I would suggest to keep your Windows Task Manager on and quickly switch to it when your lag occurs, to try and see what takes up the CPU or the network or you memory

This caused a lot of grief and I was considering changing ISPs because of this issue, however the issue was shortly resolved after the OCE Riot Technicians started working with you guys over at TPG. I appreciate the suggestion, however I have tried all the troubleshooting steps provided on the OCE LoL Forums and am continually checking back there to see the progress of the situation

I do know where this install came from, a game my nephew played while he was staying here, but when he left the game was uninstalled - and we assumed Pando would be gone along with it. Nephew has informed me that nowhere during the install of the game he was prompted about any Pando product being bundled with, or even required by, said game

If it's still giving you problems after reviewing some of the help there, you may try to download PMB on it's own, but it's not recommended as Riot has it built into the launcher and I'm not completely sure where they put the directory once League is installed
