In case of tol'vir or nerubian or orc it doesnt matter because they are 300-375, 375-450 or 450-525 but NE or Troll (fossil and dwarf too ofc) have less commons 1-300 level and once you reach 450+ (maybe also for other levels not just 450) you open new commons

Unless your one of those that argue it makes perfect sense for someone to be selling 100's of red on a server where not one guild had cleared ds 3 weeks after it had been released.
