To further understand the issue, what is the length and gauge of the hdmi cable in use? Does the LED light up? What devices have you tried this adapter with? Were you able to try other devices and USB ports to see if that changed anything? Should the issue persist, I can assist you in obtaining a replacement to see if that will work better or an RMA for return
