Hello all, since many of you wanted to know how to open a tablet case, it's probably much easier than any device i have opened, just pry the back case open , starting from the corners, with a plastic tool, and work your way around. My Samsung galxy tab 2 (10 inch) battery died on saturday 22nd may, so i charged it on sunday 23rd for an hour or two, it came up with the picture of a battery which i thought was perfectly normal, so i took it off charge and pressed the turning on button and it wouldn't turn on, so i pressed it down for 10 seconds, so i put it on charge for one night, and tried turning it on in the morning 24th and it wouldn't turn on so i left it, and i came back from school at 3:30pm and i charged it until 5:00 and took it out and tried turning it on and it wouldnt turn on i oressed it down and still it wouldn't turn on

I was pretty pissed off because I only got this phone ONE week ago!I called the HTC support, and while I was talking to the helpful guy on the other end I took the battery out for a bit and fiddled around with it and then stuck it back in. Yesterday, after noticing the heat, I killed off ALL background apps thinking it was an app gone rogue and made a point to not wake my phone again (since I was going to be away from a charger for some time).
