At this point I was very upset, and called your customer service department I spoke with a representative who could care less, I then requested to speak with a supervisor and she was worst. We went to the counter asking for a status of our flight because we had heard nothing, one AA attendant at the station was not willing to look anything up because she was typing or doing something else
