Went to the docs today the doctor felt the node couldn't find it first then told me to point it out to him, he felt it and said that it is nothing to worry about and because I said that the gland goes up and down due to what I have described befire. I started to feel my neck for glands and when I became ill there were two down my neck on the left side, one of the gland which was above the second gland was around 1.5cm and the second one below was 1cm both were kind of sore and I think they went down less than a week or so

After that I was still feeling bad but the doctor said the infection was gone, and that it was a matter of time for my lymph nodes to go back to normal. My lastest tests showed a lot of allergens in my blood (if that makes any sense) so the doctor said that could be one cause, but she also said I should be tested for Lyme Disease and Lymphoma (finally) I'll be going tomorrow morning

I was referred by my GP to ear, nose and throat consultant who at first took a small sample using a syringe which did not show anything much, this was followed by several biopsy's and in time larger operations. one thing i found very useful: cancerous lymph node bumps do not change size very quickly non-cancerous lymph node bumps change sizes within a few days (which is what mine are doing) i am still wondering what exactly it is and am planning on going to the doctor very soon
