What I am wondering is do I have to go into a store to switch or can I just order the micro SIM card and have it shipped to me? Is the price in the store the same? I know a while back I got a free SIM card with free shipping, but I can't seem to tell if that is still possible. How do you get more than one? 0 1 year ago Reply Andrew Martonik You can't order multiple of one size, but you can get 1 of each standard, micro and nano. Can I just add the micro SIM to my current account, or will I have to basically start a new plan with the new micro SIM? 0 1 year ago Reply someguy01234 Go to T-Mobile store and ask for an exchange

(old phone still works meanwhile) I woke up the next morning, reset my OLD phone and made a test call that failed, so I started up the new phone and made a test call that worked so the transfer was complete. The transfer took a few hours and it has worked great since, way better than my old phone even though both are ST! All see are negative reviews for this so I decided to share my experience: The new phone was reset to factory settings when I got it
