I also apologize in advance if this problem has been solved elsewhere on the forums, and if so, could you possibly post a link? I posted here due to the similarity of the problem. 0 file(s) copy Now, making it even weirder, I just got an Internet Explorer pop-up for a random spammy site -- so apparently it is possible to run Internet Explorer somehow, even though the IE executable doesn't run for me

Ok so, check that your HDD is listed in your BIOS correctly and that the Netbook does recognise it -- If it is It should be available in the XP setup in some form or other (as a partitioned device or non partitioned). Installing from a USB is not the most reliable way of putting Windows on a computer, many times errors like this might occur...All you can do here is retry, and retry again till it takes

Does anybody know that in Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 my BIOS does not start any system? I tried Windows Vista, XP, 98, 95, maybe NT, 2000, ME or 7, but they would never start Windows. In BIOS the system allows you to change the boot device order from, say, the CD Drive to an internal hard drive but it does not seem to enable you to change the internal hard drive from Drive 1 to Drive 2

I may have caused the problem when I was messing with some file protections while trying to configure a net workgroup with XP and Vista machines at initial setup. I've attempted to change the IP address of my network properties of ivp4 to defaults, change the DNS server, check my DHCP, check my services, check my registry, and many other things found on the internet (including resetting with netsh) I'm just about out of my wits, I'd be grateful if I could receive some assistance. Do you think there are any other possibilities as to why I'm unable to connect? I'll give another go at uninstalling Comodo but I don't think that's the problem

Analysis of the network capture will show that the NLB Node sends an ARP Request to the IP address of the Default Gateway and the router sends the ARP response. In the ARP Response, the Destination MAC address field will be replaced with a Multicast MAC address, which is not in the above Allowed MAC addresses list
