I think the bug may have been instigated while under a potion buff from restoration i unequiped and re-equiped some items with an alchemy perk and noticed that the next potion I could create was much higher, did this again a few times and it wasnt long before I was creating crazy potions.

I do want to raise my levels, but I also try not to do it so fast and exclusive to the point that I do not play for the other aspects of the game at the same time. I'm not sure how I did it, but I've managed to make him "return" to an assortment of random spots, including inside dungeons, the Whiterun stables, Honeyside, etc. Stray dogs aren't as good as hunting or war dogs but like wolves if they were to congregate they could most likely take down a bandit with no assistance

These two items are high weight, and high value, but I can't seem to find any actual use for them, especially since most of the shopkeepers I talk to aren't interested in purchasing them. The bones especially are something to sell frequently, as you'll get just as many bones as scales, but the light "dragon scale" armor requires only scales (14 for a full improved armor, plus 5 for the shield), and even the heavy "dragon bone" armor requires more scales than bones (13 scales and 6 bones for full improved armor, plus 3 scales and 2 bones for an improved shield)
