What the note is saying is that even though the damage of enchantments is increased by the increased elemental damage perks, taking the perks won't allow your enchanted weapons to have the additional effects, so attacking with a fire damage weapon and the intense flames perk wouldn't fear your target. The final value would of course be higher for the axe, but I don't think the game considers that when calculating enchanting experience for the enchantment

This works by either getting the conjuration perk to add soul trap to bound weapons (and using the bound bow imo), or adding a short duration soul trap to a weapon. There's nothing more frustrating that finding something in a shop that would be perfect for your character at just the right time, and not having the jack to cover it

Use the Fortify Anchanting potions to enchant your armor.Also you might want to rename your final set of alchemy and smithing gear to something like Smithing Armor, Smithing Ring etc. Then later when your alchemy is higher you can always create new armor.I really only want to max it because I'm maxing all my status, but I should use the glitch
