I think the bug may have been instigated while under a potion buff from restoration i unequiped and re-equiped some items with an alchemy perk and noticed that the next potion I could create was much higher, did this again a few times and it wasnt long before I was creating crazy potions.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Cheats for PC
I do want to raise my levels, but I also try not to do it so fast and exclusive to the point that I do not play for the other aspects of the game at the same time. This does make it take longer to travel through it, but in a dungeon this can be a good thing, you won't miss as many important things and you set yourself up for many more sneak attacks
Still, for a Light Armor user this may be useful if you have any followers with you who prefer this type of armor, and players who use Heavy and take this side might want to take up this new set. Additionally, the ingots on the cart near the entrance do respawn as well as the chunk of ore, but do note guards patrol near here - just wait for them to move and steal them before they turn around

Daggers (Skyrim) - The Elder Scrolls Wiki
Blocking Main article: Block (Skyrim) The dagger, being the smallest of the wield-able weapon, is the weakest one to use for blocking, since weapons larger than the blocking weapon will force damage through, i.e. Since the dagger has a shorter reach than most other weapons, it is suitable for fighting in close quarters and avoiding hitting friendly characters or creatures accidentally

Additionally, shooting the sun with Sunhallowed Elven Arrows will cause the sun to shoot out rays of light at nearby enemies in a similar fashion to Storm Call. Note: Although this technically does not fit the site's definition of an artifact, it is widely considered to be one and is even referred to as an artifact in-game

This item is one of only three items in the game (along with the Jagged Crown and Penitus Oculatus Helmets) that fills only the "hair" body part slot when worn. Can be obtained by pickpocketing him if you have the Misdirection perk, or by placing a weapon with a higher base damage in his inventory through pickpocketing, then reloading the area by leaving and entering it again

This works by either getting the conjuration perk to add soul trap to bound weapons (and using the bound bow imo), or adding a short duration soul trap to a weapon. There's nothing more frustrating that finding something in a shop that would be perfect for your character at just the right time, and not having the jack to cover it
