I received this phone very quickly, inserted the battery, activated the phone, but I found that since this one does not support backup, I took it to my local verizon store to have them transfer my contacts and pictures. My gnex was 32 gb and it was fine, my iphone 5 was 16 but i didnt need a lot of space bc i didnt keep videos or downloaded files on it, my moto x is 16 and its just not enough. I can tell you that I appreciate the option to take storage with me from phone-to-phone, even with all of the cloud storage options available for free or little cost

My phone has 16GB on board storage, and while I have an SD card in it, I haven't moved any apps to it, and I'm not pushing up against the phone's storage limit. 0 2 months ago Reply roninksb I don't like the exclusion of either but, without a doubt, the loss of the removable battery is far more important and troubling to me

Should be out be mid September, bos How was bootloader unlock and dev support on the first G? Tony Stark I remember my last LG phone, the LG Ally from Iron Man 1. What sounded like it was going to bring me back into the Motorola fold turned out to be just one more confirmation that they are out of touch with most Android diehards

0 4 months ago Reply teejay69 Certainly does! That and not having a removable battery! The S6 will not part me from my Note 4!! Posted via the Android Central App 0 4 months ago Reply TournaFlyer I think the non-removable battery is a bigger deal than the SD card. 0 3 months ago Reply beebl3brox Slightly misleading poll since you have two options both of which mean it matters and only one which means it doesn't matter..

To make sure the camera saves photos to the SD card in the future, hit the Menu button, then the settings (the gear icon), then scroll down until you see Storage Location. Hook you phone up via USB, and it should default to mass storage--the internal storage and SD card should show up as 2 separate drives in your computer's file explorer
