More importantly, communication is key! Not just to the staff, but amugnst each other! As well as consistency between all managers! Each managers shift should be ran the same way, with the sane rules and procedures. Bartenders should make at least minimum wage, I mean all your tips are being split in half at the very least, and split 3 ways minimum during the weekends! Advice to Management Start cracking the whip more on lazy, incompetent employees, and establish a structured training foundation for new employees
The hardest part of my job was coming to the realization that just because one store location displays all of the right qualities and practices, every store will not be the same.
