I do want to raise my levels, but I also try not to do it so fast and exclusive to the point that I do not play for the other aspects of the game at the same time. This does make it take longer to travel through it, but in a dungeon this can be a good thing, you won't miss as many important things and you set yourself up for many more sneak attacks

Once it says you met, now talk, unequip any weapons and hit Failon barehanded once and run into the middle of the ritual circle, once he gets in there with you, put your hands down as to surrender and stop fight, once he stops fighting you, talk to him, and you should be able to start the ritual

You will make more of a profit if you use rings and necklaces to enchant, but I find that crafting daggers is faster due to the ease of buying the mats. When I got done I had about 60 or so filled soul gems and leveled from enchanting 50 to 100 with the one trip! Do the quest to find 30 crimson ninroots while you're at it and you'll run into all the geode veins

Other then that, as you lvl up, you'll start finding them more and more through raiding the dougens (forgive the spelling please) But I'm' still trying to figure it out how to acquire a lot of them, I remember back in Oblivion, there was a a casket or whatever you would place Grand Soul gems and after one night pass, they'll turn black.
