Now I know I have a tutorial on Wolverine already and that is good, but the Wolverine that is up on the site now, is what you would see in the comic books and in the animated series of the X-Men. X-Men: First Class-Although this film does not focus on Wolverine (He's more of a cameo, really), it is crucial to watch so you understand the seventh movie

In hindsight, there's more character development in this opening sequence than there is in the rest of the film, and I found myself wanting a movie that was solely about Wolverine facing down Confederates at Gettysburg, slogging through the trenches of WWI, or storming the beaches of Normandy. However, it is also possible that Sabretooth does recognize Wolverine in X-Men (his retaining Logan's dog-tags as a souvenir would make more sense if he did) yet merely doesn't say anything or act on it. This could be explained in the continuity of the films, that the experiments Stryker did on Cyclops either altered or significantly weakened the intensity of his power, changing it from a heat blast to a concussion blast

I don't remember much about it, but I wasn't impressed enough to see either sequel.Fast forward to a few months back and some friends wanted to re-watch X-Men Origins: Wolverine
The 1:45 time goes by quickly enough to feel like maybe the movie could have - and should have - been closer to 2:00.The movie is as good as the first X-Men movie, and better than X-Men United and X-Men: The Last Stand. He better either get his own movie, or make an appearance in a later Marvel movie.Ignore the syndicated critics and the negativity surrounding this movie
Logan's thirst for REVENGE, propels him into the Weapon X program, where he undergoes a painful procedure to bond his bones with adamantium, making him virtually indestructible and more than a match for Victor. Or maybe you did, if you need to know that Logan and Victor became Americans (still before they could be Canadians) and fought side by side in the Civil War, World War I, World War II and Vietnam
